The Fall of a Church

I grew up in a church family in Nebraska. Little did I know that the denomination that I called home for almost 30 years would decide that politics and political correctness would be a higher calling than teaching the Gospel and proclaiming its Good News. I was a member of a Presbyterian Church(USA). I am no longer involved with this denomination and I am searching for a new church. They have lost their way and have turned their back on God and the Bible.

The first transgression of the PC(USA) is their redefining of marriage to that of a union between two people rather than the Biblical definition of marriage. The Bible tells us this in Paul's letter to the Romans, Chapter 1:

22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers...
King James Version(public domain)

Paul's letter to the Romans spells out what God expects out of us. We are not to judge an individual person and Romans 8 tells us we are not to condemn any one person ourselves. God is the only one to judge us at the end. We are to judge sin, however, so that we will not repeat it ourselves. When the PC(USA) turns their back on this aspect of Biblical teaching, they turn their back on God. The Old Testament tells us that men and women were designed for each other and that any other relationship is outside of God's master plan. Why does this so-called church redefine what has been for eternity?Acting outside of God's plan only serves to destroy this once strong denomination.
The second transgression of the PC(USA) is the General Assembly's choice to turn their back on Israel. They have chosen to divest themselves of all ties to Israel. Israel protects Christians in the Holy Land. With the rise of the Islamic State, Israel is more needed in the region that ever before. They are the only just and moral society in the Middle East. The PC(USA) shows a very sick view and has chosen to take the side of a religion that stones women and kills gays over the only state where Jews, Christians and Muslims live together in relative harmony in the Middle East. This is disgusting and should be shouted from the mountain tops.
I urge all God fearing and Bible believing members of PC(USA) churches to break away and find a new church home or in the old Presbyterian way, vote for your church to dissolve all bonds with Louisville and the General Assembly. There are several other sects of the church that still hold true to the Bible and God's plan. Do so for the soul of each and every church.
The Presbyterian Church(USA) has chosen apostasy over righteousness. Christians should not follow. Those that do follow this broken path should no longer be called believers. I pray for the the Church as Christ's body. The PC(USA) is trying to break that body. I will not be a party to such a disturbing time in the life of His Church.
